ROOM RENTALS


The Recreation Authority Center has rooms available to rent for private parties such as wedding, baby showers, birthday and graduation parties, holiday parties, and wakes. Food and beverage services must comply with local, county and state regulations. You may reserve rooms 6 months in advance of date.

NO ALCOHOL, SMOKING OR DJ’S ALLOWED

*Authority Member  is defined as a resident of either Eastpointe or Roseville. 
Proof of residency is required at time of rental.

Night & Weekend Fees:
Night  (Monday – Friday after 6 pm)
Weekend  (Saturday – Sunday)

Authority Member 
Room 1 (Capacity 60): $180/4 hours – $37 each additional hour
Room 2 (Capacity 40): $180/4 hours – $37 each additional hour
Room 3 (Capacity 50): $180/4 hours – $37 each additional hour
Activities Center (Capacity 90): $300/4 hours – $67 each additional hour
Multi-Purpose Room (Capacity 96): $300/4 hours – $67 each additional hour
*We have the ability to combine rooms 1, 2 and 3 for a capacity total of 100 - 150.  Please call the office for pricing and room availability.
$100 cleaning deposit required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded and mailed 3-4 weeks following the rental date, provided the condition of the room does not require additional maintenance (i.e. carpet cleaning, furniture repair / cleaning, etc). The check will be mailed directly to the address provided on the receipt of the individual booking the event.
Balance due 10 business days prior to the party date.  If balance is not paid in full 10 business days of event, a $25 late fee will be assessed.
Cancellations: Reservations canceled 5 business days prior to the event will receive half the deposit back ($50)

Non-Member
Room 1 (Capacity 60): $210/4 hours – $57 each additional hour
Room 2 (Capacity 40): $210/4 hours – $57 each additional hour
Room 3 (Capacity 50): $210/4 hours – $57 each additional hour
Activities Center (Capacity 90): $360/4 hours – $87 each additional hour
Multi-Purpose Room (Capacity 96): $360/4 hours – $87 each additional hour
