BASIC YOGA

Basic Yoga releases the body and mind from tension allowing you to regain balance and energy.  You will regain balance and energy.  You will learn the fundamental postures of yoga.  Basic  yoga is recommended for everyone.  Please bring a yoga mat to class.  Classes are taught by a registered Yoga instructor from Fitness RX.  Must register for class 1-week in advance of class start  date.
Minimum class enrollment is 6 students

MONDAYS - 6:30 p.m. - 7:25 p.m.  (8 weeks)
Session I:     
September 10 - October 29 
Session II:     
November 5 - January 7  (no class 12/24, 12/31)
Session III:    
January 14 - March 11   (no class 2/18)

THURSDAYS - 6:30 p.m. - 7:25 p.m. (8 weeks)
Session I:       
September 13 - November 1 
Session II:      
November 8 - January 3  (no class 11/22)
Session III:     
January 17 - March 7

If space is available, drop-in participation is welcome.  The drop-in rate is $10 per class and must be paid by check, money order or debit / credit card.  NO CASH ACCEPTED AFTER 4:00 P.M. AT THE RECREATION CENTER.
