This Method of exercise integrates the fat burning format of interval training, the muscle shaping technique of isometrics, the elongating principles of dance conditioning, and the science of physical therapy to create a revolutionary new workout that quickly and safely reshapes your entire body. Develop the length of a dancer and the strength of an athlete with our highly effective 60 minute workout. Each class follows a sequence for fast body shaping results and long term postural benefits. We fuse Pilates and isometric exercises with free-weight lifts and stretches to forge flexible, toned physiques. A chair will be used where a Barre is not available. Please bring a mat and light weights to class. Minimum enrollment of 6 students is required; maximum enrollment is 12 students. You must register for class 1-week in advance of class start date.
